Responsibilities

Reporting to the Resilience Program Manager and Project Management Team, the Construction Scheduler will:

  • Collaborate with the project management staff and personnel
  • Collect and analyze data
  • Assist with determination of staffing needs, materials, and supplies
  • Develop timetables for projects
  • Monitor progress on projects
  • Identify variance in the completion of work tied to schedule deadlines
  • Prepare summary reports

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling
  • Knowledge of scheduling software (Oracle P6 and Trimble TILOS preferred)
  • Time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Solid analytical skills to collect and interpret data
  • Proficiency in understanding blueprints and contracts
  • Outstanding decision-making skills
  • Calm, professional demeanor
  • Keen attention to detail

Overview
