Reporting directly to the Superintendent of Reliability, this position will be responsible for capturing and analysis of component failures, tracking of components costs to internal rates, monthly reports and component forecasting necessary to help manage the heavy equipment components daily, monthly, quarterly and annually. This position will also be responsible to assist with other maintenance analysis related to components, failure trending and recommendations on change out intervals.
This position is located in our Acheson office located in the Acheson Industrial Area west of Edmonton.
Capable of both strategic and tactical thinking with a drive to meet quality, cost and schedule and reporting targets.
Basic knowledge of heavy equipment is an asset Mechanical aptitude is an asset.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent computer skills, working with JDE, Microsoft Excel, Word, Office and other programs.
Strong interpersonal skill set, will be working with various levels of management.
Ability to work under pressure and work thru complex or unusual situations EG: costing, data research, short time lines, etc.
Strong analytical skill set and quick learner.
Knowledge of basic Financial concepts.
