    Position Scope

    Reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Lead, the AP Administrator is accountable for entering invoices into JD Edwards in a time sensitive and efficient manner, printing/sorting/scanning invoices, and assisting in managing the PCard program.


    THIS POSITION IS PART-TIME (Approx. 20 hours per week). Contract Position (3 months +) 


    • Ensure all invoices are entered accurately into JD Edwards as per monthly timeline requirements.
    • Assist in managing the PCard program.
    • Identify any transactions that pose a risk to the company.
    • Review and reconcile a variety of accounts payable reports and vendor statements.
    • Obtain the appropriate approvals for all invoices received before processing for payment.
    • Follow-up with vendors/internal staff for invoice discrepancies.
    • Ensure all invoices are entered to meet payment runs.
    • Achieve monthly timeline requirements.


    • Two years’ experience in Accounts Payable
    • High School Diploma
    • Post-secondary education or equivalent additional accounts payable experience preferred
    • Above average accounts payables knowledge
    • Above average data entry skills
    • Above average use of excel
    • Above average customer service skills
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Team Player
    • Able to work independently
    • Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment
