In this role the incumbent is accountable to the General Manager, HR, HS&E and Training and is responsible for overseeing the employee and labour relations activities throughout the Company.
Provide day to day advice, direction and counsel to leadership with respect to interpretation of collective agreements and employee relation matters of assigned client groups.
Lead union/management relationships (i.e. resolve labour relations issues, assist with collective bargaining, etc.)
Provide recommendations and input on Human Resources initiatives and programs
Facilitate conflict resolution procedures for assigned client groups
Provide project and bid labour force planning support
