The Human Resources Administrator will assist with the coordination, execution and delivery of HR programs and activities in support of the HR team. The successful candidate will have an interest and desire to learn aspects of HR and obtain valuable business and HR experience.
Ensure a safe, comfortable operating environment for all employees in the electrical maintenance department. Identify current and future electrical maintenance requirements; prepare budgets and controls expenses. Schedule electrical repairs, maintenance, and installation of electrical equipment in production machines, tools, facilities and distribution equipment. Study new electrical products and apply to existing equipment requirements. Implement and modify preventative electrical maintenance programs, and work with electrical vendors and contractors. Ensure the electrical installations mine wide operate safely and reliably and in accordance with MSHA,NEC and State rules and regulations.
Production Manager provides departmental leadership of the 200-person workforce, producing 3 million tons of coal per year. He is responsible for maintaining a safe work environment for production employees and insuring compliance with all Federal, State, and Company, safety, health and environmental regulations. He conducts continuing evaluations of blasting, stripping, and mining operations and direct improvements as necessary. He is responsible for departmental budget adherence. He serves as the company liaison with our customer’s operating personnel, addressing customer concerns, coal quality assurance, and delivery scheduling. This position reports to the General Manager.
